Elaine Lustig Cohen Magazine
Elaine Lustig Cohen was an American graphic designer, artist and archivist. She is best known for her work as a graphic designer during the 1950s and 60s, having created over 150 designs for book covers and museum catalogs. This magazine is dedicated to her and the work she designed that not influenced me but also thousands of others. The layout of this magazine reflects her design while also showcasing her work and tells the story of her life.
I chose Futura and Minion Pro because I believe that represents Elaine the most. Futura shows her courage and exudes boldness. Minion Pro demonstrates her adaptability and versatility allowing her to climb to the top.
